Clinical Governance

Clinical Governance is central to the development and management of the service provided at Cawston Park. The Clinical Services Director Chairs the Clinical Governance meetings which are held once every 4 weeks and are represented by a member of each discipline and department. The minutes from the Clinical Governance Meetings are available for all staff to read on the company intranet and are included in the information presented at Board Meetings.

The Clinical Audit committee meets fortnightly to develop and implement audit tools and monitor the results of completed audits in order to submit reports to Clinical Governance Meetings.
