Richard McKenzie

Chief Operating Officer

Richard oversees the day to day running of the organisation. As well as developing strategies to ensure the organisations continued success. Richard is assisted by the executive team, comprising of the Financial Controller, Clinical Services Director, Senior Nurse Manager, Human Resource Manager and the Communication Manager.

Catherine Ibbotson

Human Resource Manager

Responsible for the Human Resource and Training functions for Cawston Park, Kelling Park and Stubbs House, Catherine along with her HR Assistants, NVQ and Training Co-ordinators are committed to delivering a first class service to both potential and current workers within the organisation.

David Maidstone

Financial Controller

As well as ensuring our financial controls are of the highest standard along with his Finance Assistants, David also has responsibility for our aggressive programme of IT development and maintenance supported by an IT Assistant.

Robert Lane

Facilities Manager

Robert is line manager to the Estates team, House Keeping and Catering whilst developing Cawston Park’s facilities in line with clinical needs. This role also plays a key part in keeping the organisation energy efficient and implementing strategic changes to improve service.

Ken Whitehouse

Health & Safety Officer

Operating through a team of Health & Safety representatives and Senior Management throughout the company, Ken manages the Health & Safety across  the organisation.

Gill Wilson

Referrals, Admissions & CPA Coordinator

Gill coordinates referrals and admissions and is the first point of contact for all enquiries. In addition to this, once the Service User is placed at Cawston Park, Gill liaises with all of the Service User’s care team (Internal and External) involved in the CPA system to facilitate a smooth process.

Louise Cooper

Marketing Coordinator

Louise coordinates the company’s marketing activities; this includes arranging and attending internal and external conferences, seminars and exhibitions. In addition she designs and creates our multi-media information from in house literature to the company DVD’s, and develops the website.
